The Koo-Koo's Nest was built in 1893 and hard core Ocean City loyalists will remember it as the Genevieve Guest House, a long standing Ocean City landmark.

We are located in the heart of the Ocean City Historical District and just steps to beach and boardwalk; numerous shops, restaurants and cafes. This means once you've parked in our private parking area you may pack your keys away because you won't be needing them.

We believe whole heartedly that a Bed & Breakfast stay should be a relaxing and stress free time, thus service is our trademark.

After you've checked in and have gotten situated and gone for dinner or just checked out our town you may enjoy a peaceful evening on our wrap around porch with Tabernacle Park views.

You can enjoy a soothing hot tub any time of day but we think you'll most enjoy a dip at night, under the stars! The choice is yours.

In the morning we will pamper you with Anna's bountiful continental breakfast.

You'll also enjoy a variety of coffees and teas that will open your eyes along with cappucino and espresso (at an extra charge). All of this can be enjoyed out of doors in our garden terrace, seated on our porch with an early morning summer breeze or in our breakfast nook decorated with a tropical flair.
